VRS GT3 Endurance Race at Canadian Tire Park

 This is week 11 of our 12 week season.  We ran two cars today with some outstanding results from both cars.  Team Black had a rear end punt that caused a 20 minute plus repair stop setting them back early in the race.  They ended in 27th place and had 18 incidents.  Team Depends finished in 11th place with 9 incidents which did not result in any repair pit stops.  Congratulations to Wally and JC for their recovery and to Karl and Jerry for the team's highest finish this season.  

As a result of these finishes, the 4 Stooges Team moved into 156th place in the overall season standings.  Well done team!

GT3 Race at Mount Panorama

 Another rough day for the 4 Stooges - well one of us anyway.  After 40 laps Wally had us in 13th place and only 3 incidents.  Then Jerry crashed (on his 7th lap) at the top of the hill and put us in the pits with heavy damage.  After waiting for over 35 minutes the engine expired while sitting in the pits which ended our day.  Our final finish position was 33rd out of 60 Teams.  Here is the data from the race:

 An other DQ from back markers hitting us in the rear end.  About 16 or so laps with everyone being smart and backing off when necessary - then bang it all started and each of us were victims of impatient drivers.  On to the next one at Bathurst.

GT3 Race at Suzuka

As our plan was to enter two teams in week 8's race it fell to a single entry with Karl and Jerry as drivers and Wally and JC as crew members.  The Stooges Red team entry is the former 4 Stooges Race Team and as such it retained the iRacing ID number.  So results from todays race are reflected in the season team standings.  The team moved from last weeks P201 to P177.  

Karl and Jerry, in spite of a few problems with accidents managed to finish 23rd after Karl qualified 22nd. The race results:

GT3 Race at Suzuka

 After last weeks race at Homestead we made a decision to enter two cars in the up coming race at Suzuka and allow each driver to get more driving time.  Wally and JC will drive the new Four Stooges Black team and Karl and Jerry will team up in the Four Stooges Red team car.  Pit members uniforms have been updated.  Team car is still the Red Ferrari but each car has the team designation located in the rear license plate area.  Team practice has gone well this week and we all are looking forward to not only the on track competition with other teams but also the in team rivalry.
